- Yet another NEW site design as I try to make it a little more aesthetically pleasing and functional. Being that it is New Years day today, I am going to make one of my resolutions to keep the site more updated this year and provide more training/racing updates through my Blog. - WOW! So it's been almost 2 months since I last updated the site... sorry about that. It's been a crazy summer. In mid June I started a new job and spent the 3 weeks following Alcatraz in intensive sales training in Southern California. It definitely cut into my athletic training. That set me up for a horrible performance at Boulder Peak, which totally crushed my confidence and left me feeling very burnt out. I struggled with training for or a week or so, before simply calling it and taking about 10 days completely off. I am happy to say that as of last week I am working my way back into training and I am excited to see what my last couple races of the season may bring. Hopefully I will also keep this site more up-to-date again now too! Thanks for tuning in!  (8/3)

'10 Season Goals:

• Earn my Pro-card (rqmts.) and begin racing ITU races on the Continental Cup circut.
• Focus specifically on Olympic and half-Iron distance tri's. Improve average olympic time to 1:59 or less.
• Finish out season as top 15 (nationally) in my age group M25-29 (was 28th in '08).
• Top 3 Amateur overall finish at one of USAT's "Elite Qualifiying Races" in '10.
• Run sub- 1:17 in the half, sub 34:30 in the 10K and sub-16:20 in the 5K.
• Swim the 1650y Free in under 19:45 (at altitude)
